Unfortunately, I will be out sick on the 19th (tomorrow/today). Due to this, I will miss our review session tomorrow. As an apology, I will be holding a review before school Friday. Then, we spent some time working on our Gandhi Qs, which are due Monday. 1st and 2nd Period: Your written final is on Mr. Doran's website SIXTH PERIOD ONLY: Here is your written Today we started talking about Gandhi! We looked at the motivation India had for an uprising, economic issues facing the nation, and the beginning of the end (of the British Raj).
Finals Review Sessions: Wednesday 6/19: 9am Thursday 6/20: 2:55pm Your homework (due Monday) is to complete this question set using this reading. Yesterday we completed this reading and this worksheet.
Today we talked about the British Raj and British Economic control over India. It was great! 1st and 2nd Period: Your homework is to complete the flowchart we started in class today. 6th Period: You have no homework! Here is the final exam study guide! Today and tomorrow are work days for your Akbar/Aurangzeb projects, which is due Monday!
Here is the instruction sheet and rubric for your project Today we talked about the complicated legacies of Akbar and Aurangzeb. It was an interesting conversation about historical bias. To do so, we completed this T-Chart using this reading. We also watched the Crash Course linked below to continue completing the T-Chart. |
