Today we talked about 9/11. We looked at the events, key players, and main motivations of the attack. Then we analyzed the US and determined that we as a nation tend to be very reactive as opposed to proactive. We saw a massive rise in hate-crimes following 9/11, including an increase in attacks on non-Muslim groups such as Sikhs and American-Jews.
Then we talked briefly about British Government, Colonial Life, and the French-Indian War (also known as the 7 Years War, which lasted 9 years). We also looked at the love triangle between France, Britain, and the Colonists in addition to the British response to the French-Indian War.
